  I come here in the evenings to get some work done. Great service, decent parking and it's the cleanest Starbucks I've ever seen (including equipment and restrooms) which is why I gave it five stars. Only thing they can improve on is having blonde roast. They keep telling me they don't have it. I'm not sure why they don't want to make it :/

  I visit Starbucks almost everyday and sometimes multiple times a day, but this particular location seriously sucks. The staff here doesn't care about their customers and often take their time chatting instead of acknowledging clients  and taking orders.
  
  They always mess my order up. Every. Single. Time. I always have to spend additional time here to wait for them to correct the order they annihilated.  It wouldn't be so bad if they were at least friendly, but they're not. Customers here seem to be a burden on them. I'm glad I moved out of the area because at least I don't have to come here often.

  They Favor regulars so if your in line and they have someone they know in line they will skip you and take there order first. Also don't get any refills here unless you want to be embarrassed. They make stupid comments about customers who get refills. They also charge for coconut milk for iced coffee when it's always free. I hate when employees talk about customers right in front of other customers, so rude.
  
  Update they have a new drink called the nitro and I been getting it everyday now and never had a problem with a refill now today they tell me your not allowed to get a refill of this drink. The lady got mad because she mad a wrong drink that I didn't order and when I told her I was getting a refill of the nitro she said no you can't get that!!! What do you mean I can't get that. She made me pay for another drink wow. I have attached a photo of the angry nitro lady.

  I ordered vanilla cold brew two days in a roll, and this is what I got. One from yesterday and one from today.. tell me which one is the real vanilla cold brew?? Well, I like the darker one better~~ wish Starbucks can stop making less sweetness!

  OMG. Came here to do work and I literally felt like I was in the middle of the employees conversation the whole time. They are standing next to each other yelling. It's nuts. Then everyone that came in that they knew, they're screaming across the place to say Hi???? I know they are young, but it's more than that. It's just a lack of professionalism with no one showing them that is sooo disturbing to the customers and honestly, I don't think they really cared.  In addition, if they're not talking, then they are playing with their phones, meanwhile the whole food display is empty???? It's just crazy here and not a relaxing atmosphere whatsoever. It's more of a hangout for the employees.
